Guide to smooth Skin
For me, it was personal before it ever became professional. I struggled with insecurities around my own skin and body for years — hiding razor bumps, battling ingrowns, and feeling embarrassed every summer when everyone else seemed so confident. I didn’t see women who looked like me being cared for or educated on how to truly nurture our skin. When I first started learning about waxing and skincare, it wasn’t about business — it was about healing myself. But the deeper I went, the more I realized so many other women were silently dealing with the same struggles. That’s when my passion turned into purpose. I knew I wanted to be the esthetician I never had: someone who helps you glow and helps you feel seen.
At J’allure Beauty Esthetics, I pour into every single client — not just physically but emotionally. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of helping over 100 women feel bold, beautiful, and educated about their skin and their bodies. It’s more than just a service; it’s a safe space, a healing experience, and a confidence boost wrapped in love and care.
Entrepreneurship comes with highs and lows, but I stay grounded by remembering my why, surrounding myself with uplifting energy, and keeping God first. For anyone passionate about beauty but scared to take that first step: do it scared. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Trust your vision, lean into your purpose, and know there’s always room for you.
